It’s been so great to moonlight during residency but additionally, it’s worked really well for me afterward to have flexibility of when and where I travel – especially for me being able to have my family involved. It’s been great to be able to check out new faces, because I worked in clinics and urgent cares, really busy ERs, lighter ERs and hospitals so it’s great for me to have that diversity, and to kind of see what you’re interested in. They also pay really well. So it helps to get these experiences and help out while getting nice paychecks to help out with the loans. It’s great to meet new communities, new hospitals and staff to get a new perspective while you’re doing some work.
