The growth has been phenomenal for me. Being out in a rural hospital setting, you are forced to be the very best for your patients, even more than you would do in an urban setting, where you would rely more on all of the other providers to help you out… I think it’s a great thing for a doctor to keep pushing themselves and seeing how they can grow. Taking on additional shifts through DWC is added medical knowledge, and I think it’s very useful and helpful to patients.”
